Possible causes and solutions:
Dry tip: The ink solidifies and blocks the pen ball after long-term unused.
Solution: Draw circles on paper or gently press the tip to help the pen ball roll, or use a lighter to quickly heat the tip (pay attention to safety).
Ink is used up: Observe whether the ink at the end of the refill is exhausted.
Solution: Replace the refill.
The pen ball is stuck: Dust or paper fibers block the pen ball.
Solution: Wipe the pen tip with an alcohol cotton pad, or blow the pen tip gently to remove impurities.
